SIGPRO400

Advanced Signal Processing Measuring Unit housed in an epoxy coated enclosure connecting to our 15” Industrial PC or any other PC via USB or RS232 Communications

Hardware Features:

The SigPro400 measuring unit can be configured to operate as a 19” rackmount unit interfacing with a 10/15” industrial touchscreen computer (standard in new machines) or as a table top unit interfacing with a standard desktop pc and monitor / Latop (ideal for upgrades) or as a table top unit with a 10” industrial touchscreen computer (ideal for upgrades)

Configurable for both Soft and Hard-bearing types of machines (Accepts Piezo electric pressure transducer pick-ups, Velocity pick-ups or Accelerometer pick-ups)

1 x Encoder input for NPN or Push-Pull types of incremental encoders 10-30Vdc for remote angle display (Angle protractor)
USB or RS232 interfacing with PC. (RS232 are more noise immune and used in larger machines)

Our PC based software runs on Windows XP,7,8 or 10.

Our Easy to use and full featured software are touschscreen compatible making data entry easy and fast. Software versions for Hard bearing machines, soft bearing machines, Single plane, Two plane and Multi Plane depending on machine type.
