We manufacture a wide range of universal horizontal balancing machines from 100g up to 100,000kg weight capacity. Being Hard bearing design the unbalance information can be obtained with the first run. Only 5 basic measurements needs to be entered before balancing can be done.
All horizontal balancing machines comes standard with rugged sealed piezo electric transducers, Banner Engineering photocell and Angle protractor function with an encoder mounted on the rear of the electrical driving motor.
Software features include ISO1940/API balancing tolerance calculator, add/remove, Tooling Compensation, Tooling Zero, Drilling and Milling Correction Indication, detailed print and Saved reports and many other user friendly features.
The control cabinet houses the switchgear and measuring system and is manufactured to the highest possible quality.
